Anytime you inhale any kind of smoke it goes directly into your lungs and over time with continuous use it can seriously damage them

Your own body can make you high lol. It's just dopamine, friend.

That's different, dopamine is something your body naturally uses. (You feel good after you win something) But a forced high (actually doing something like smoking the drug cigarettes) is not good for you. Choking and then suddenly breathing in fresh air could give you a sort of high, but choking has been proven to not be good for you.
