On a sniper there is actually a practical use for them in pvp. If there is someone hard scoping a hallway you can shoot the wall or ground near them and the Aoe damage still applies. It's a heck of alot of fun.

Hmmm yes. I've got one with guerrilla fighter and explosive rounds. Both very underrated perks. Shoot someone behind cover from behind cover. BOOM!

Yeah...i just want a scout/hand cannon+sniper rifle with explosive rounds and firefly.
