It just needs a slight buff so it can 2 shot consistently in the crucible. Maybe buff deadeye a bit so the movement speed is more noticeable.

That would be a little too much for any handcannon...

2 shot headshot. It's already capable of doing that to unarmored opponents. Not nearly as op as it sounds.
