You're talking about entertainers. People who are trying to make a living off of making people like them. Novel stuff is what entertains people; Dogs on skateboards, cats playing with birds. Having Adults behave like adolescents in a medium [i]aimed [/i]at adolescents is almost guaranteeing yourself views! It's just writing yourself a paycheck. Many of the other entertainers you listed, are just hardcore gamers. That's an incredibly small portion of the population, and it's aimed at an even smaller group. So of course you have less popularity and viewership.
