I'd use Smallbore over hammer forged, a smaller mag size is good when you have LITC. Plus you get more stability and range.
Even rifled barrel would be better than hammer forged because you'll get A LOT of range and outlaw will make up for the reload speed

"Been here since vanilla" but your still a noob that doesn't know how to use a gun the right way. "I main PvE" obviously you do, anyone with a negative KD should just stick to strikes and patrol.

I hate that the game I bought for the co-op PvE fps that it was advertises as caters to game crippling, condescending asshats like you and takes my gear away or nerfs the shit out of it because of your mode then forces me in there for quests, bounties and marks so to give you people shit in every daily crucible I dance untill the match finishes then leave as soon as I get my marks, that is how you get a negative k/d although I'm guessing you care about k/d about as much as I don't.
