I wouldn't know considering I completed all of the quests for it but didn't have queens rank 3. Then I spent 2 weeks grinding that garbage to get to rank 3 and it still never dropped lol. Stupid destiny man.

You also need to rank up Variks to at least level 1 and then you'll have to rank up Queen again. Yeah it's annoying. Same thing happened to me. The thing they don't really indicate is that you need Variks ranked up first.

Yeah I was pretty frustrated when I realized. Most walkthroughs online don't mention that Variks requirement or they argue it but it's a fact. Can't get that gun when he is level 0.
