The only scouts that kill faster than mida are the triple tap scouts.

Isn't Mida a 4 shot though? What's faster, 4 shots from Mida or 3 shots from Cocytus?

Yep 3 from cocytus is faster than 4 mida.

This. Boolean only has the ability to under the right circumstances. With the right ballistic perk, it can 3 shot low armor builds (which like never happens anyways)

That's why people say it is a fast ttk if it can sometimes triple tap, but has higher rof than stuff like cocytus.
