The difference is .1 second, in nearly any instance that won't matter. That said the Gemini does have a more noticeable body hit TTK difference to MIDA, and lower base Optics. (Technically it can have a .66 TTK against low Armor targets with Agg Balls but meh) Overall I'd say they're competitive to one another, but MIDA unlike BooGi is more relevant as many primaries that hold popularity (Doctrine, Lyud, Malok, and weapons like them) hold a .8s TTK where having a 1s TTK is a notable handicap.
