MIDA deals much more stagger. MIDA has 3rd eye which is powerful on scouts. <bool> has unflinching, which is uncommon for primaries. Is that it's secret? <bool> gives you a relevant armor boost for barely surviving after a bodyshot kill, or gives you a pointless agility boost after your semi-quick headshot kill, so you can run away from your enemies with your crappy gun.
