Postmaster Horn-Kit Wipe

I bought some Silver, with which I bought several Custom Horn Kits. I didn't have room to carry them, so they went to the Postmaster. But about a week later I find my Postmaster inventory had been wiped. The Silver I spent has resulted in a loss of around 90NZD. How would I get them restored, or the money refunded?
