MIDA gives you radar while ADSing, has an amazing reload speed, and allows you to strafe faster. Jade Rabbit allows you to be inaccurate..then hit an accurate shot with bonus damage. Boolean literally does nothing of value and Bungie should've left it to fade away in HoW when it was supposed to be released.
