Mida is balanced, always has been. Everything else has been nerfed into the ground.

Mida benefits better players more than the average player, hence top players using it often. When the masses see the top players' choice, they replicate it and thus the gun gains in popularity. However, your average player is not op with a Mida. However, the better player quite effectively exploits the Mida perks and makes the combination fairly op. Makes it a great gun for the game imo since it can create skill gaps.

Well if everything thing besides one weapon is nerfed it becomes much stronger than everything else. Hence why pulses were nerfed.

In a way. But remember, Mida has never got a buff or nerf before. If anything it is overused, not over powered.

But scout rifles as a whole have been buffed. I played destiny for my first time in months 2 days ago so I'm not sure if it's op but just saying if everything things has been nerfed to the ground but Mida then...

Mida only appears overpowered because it is over used. Big difference between the two.

You don't understand. Of course there is a difference but the reason it's overused is because like you said everything else has been nerfed. If everything has been nerfed and it's obviously the best gun now because scouts have only been buffed then it is powerful. I don't like to use overpowered unless something is just TOO strong but if it's better then everything else it is what it is.

If only you were around for the Thorn/TLW era. Then you would see what a OP gun is. Mida is balanced, this current meta is the most balanced it has been. I think hand cannons need a slight buff, as do pulse rifles. Auto rifles feel fine, and scouts also feel fine.

You shouldn't assume. I've been playing since day one(beta actually) and I've seen pocket infinity vex mythoclast suros regime all of it. As of right now the meta sucks which is why I've stopped playing for a while. Only high rof autos can actually kill hand cannons shoot phantom bullets fusion rifles get nerfed with every update. Shot guns may be in a good spot right. I actually think if thorn and last word had the same nerf they do as of now right before the auto rifle nerf would be the best meta. But of course that's my opinion and I don't expect everyone to agree.
