It's good, it's just that if you compare the exotic perks to other exotics, it's kind of lackluster and more comparable to a really good legendary.

That's an interesting idea. I noticed that the agility isn't really noticeable unless you have a double stack of it. I'm not sure how effective the armor buff actually is. According to some people on this thread, Planet Destiny did an in-depth review and said that the buffs from Boolean actually didn't do that much.
