I suffer from Autism and I have an IQ of around 140, not that it means as much as you think. For the standard competent person, an IQ score just shows how good you are at taking IQ tests.

Did you miss the part where I said "not that it means as much as you think"? Multiple choice immediately makes that method of testing inferior to others for cases like yours.
