These past few weeks I have been playing with the mida and it has been one of the best primaries I have used in year two. I have a small minitage including a few quick mida clips for an example of its gameplay. I have been seeing die-hard last word fans switch over to the mida when it comes to trials and they remain very successful. Let me know what you guys think about the mida below, I am curious to see what the rest of the community thinks about it.

  • I used it quite a bit as well in year one, mostly for PVE. It really couldn't compete with Thorn, Hawkmoon and Last Word though until the great nerf of 2015. Now it's a more viable PvP choice. I like it, because I can go max armor, but still have some mobility. I also like going all agility with it. Pretty fun zipping around. That said, I'm still a big fan of high impact scouts for PVE, like the Iron Banner scout. Both year one and two versions are great. I'd like to get firefly on my year two, but I don't think you can.

  • 1000k state is the best primary.

    • It's very solid in all aspects. But far from amazing. It's TTK -like all Scouts- is extremely reliant on a high base crit magnifier, and should you only hit 'em where it hurts you're looking at a .9s time frame. To put that in perspective, Max RoF Autos (DoP, Arminius, etc), mid and max RoF HandCs (Red Hand and Appellant respectively), Max Rof and Max Impact Pulses (Malok and Lyud respectively), and max Impact Scouts (Colovance's Duty, Cocytus, etc.) all exceed this kill time.

        • Mida helps newer players be better. Very beatable by good players using several guns. Its a great counter to the meta though, which is why it it used so much. Meta is sniping.
