Yes, because I'm sure you work 24 hours a day and have absolutely no spare time to use how you please, like, for instance, making pointless posts on a forum trying to bash a guy for enjoying a game with his friends. Most people in the gaming industry are also gamers, and believe it or not, they can play games that they didn't make themselves.

 • I'm not saying that. In fact I'm referring to the time he wastes while he is working. Have you EVER seen him reply to more than three posts in one day? Me neither.
Sure, he may acknowledge them, but I've seen him on multiple occasions reply to a post with something to the effect of "Thanks for the feedback. I'll notify the team."
•
"Thanks for the feedback. I'll notify the team."
Guess what? That's a much better use of his time than coming up with an elaborate reply to every single post he comes across. He reads the suggestion, writes it down or whatever, and then brings it to the team so they can talk about the idea. If anything, replying to more posts would be wasting his time. Honestly, what more could he say about it anyway? He himself isn't a developer, he knows next to nothing about actually making or changing the game. "That's a great idea, I'll go fiddle with someone elses computer and try to implement that right away for you. I'll probably damage the game irrevocably in the process, but I'm going to try anyway. For you."

 • Dude you do not understand anything I'm saying. He doesn't simply read a topic and go tell someone, he replies to it and then does it later. What I'm saying is that he hardly ever does this at all.

 • Just because he doesn't reply doesn't mean he didn't read it and write the idea down. Let's say he reads 100 posts a day looking for new ideas. He replies to a few to make it known that he's out there doing something. If he decided to reply to every single post he read, he probably wouldn't make it through 100 posts every day, which means he would come across less ideas to bring to the devs. Even if he did reply to more posts, there wouldn't be anything more he could say about them other than "I'll let the team know", seeing as he doesn't know how they would be implemented himself. Replying to more posts would waste his time, time he could be using reading more posts and finding more ideas.
