I Can't Revive Snipe, but getting revive sniped, meleed, Doctrined...

I am playing Crucible a lot and also Trials. When i get revied, i always die immidiately (if not getting a right push). Or i get sniped, or i get meleed, or a Doctrine (or some other random weapon) kills me as i don't have any armor, at all. I can't even walk 1 meter and i'm dead. But on the other side i can't revive snipe anybody. They all just run away, even if they stand in any grenade and i am shooting them with Doctrine or some other weapon. Even my rockets do no damage, when enemies are just revived. They all just walk away. In Trials most of my kills are with my snipers (use 4 different, all with firefly and some with shortgaze), so i can say that i am a decent sniper. But I JUST CAN"T GET A REVIVE KILL. I know what to do, also exactly when. I even checked YouTube video's, just to be sure i do everything good. I must say that in Crucible a lot of times i get 1-shotted by Mida, Last Word, Eyesluna and a lot of times it even feels being 1-shotted by Doctrine. And then i take my Mida (in the same match) and i need 7-8 hitmarkers. Even then a lot of times the enemies aren't dead. I am not a noob and playing FPS for 10 years almost every day. (also played all CoD's and Halo's - see my Bungie legacy stats on my profile). I have a very good internet connection and very good gaming gear and monitor. What could be the problem? What could i be doing wrong, not getting a revive kill?

Just a thought.... Don't know what system your on but have you played around with "look sensitivity " ? I'm no pro but saw a post on it last week. A guy was running 7 or 8 I think and realized he was over adjusting with his sniper so he backed it down a notch. I was playing 10 but have moved it down and done better but also bumped it back up a notch cuz i wasn't looking fast enough in certain games. Pve versus pvp seems like I have different preferences for both. I don't snipe a lot in pvp so I like higher sensitivity. Like I said just a thought. If you haven't ...... Try it out. If you already have then idk man. Good luck!
