Lfg Raiders smh
For all the hard raiders out there who say you need to be 315+ for warpriest and golgoroth.

I don't understand that [b]SIX MONTHS[/b] after the release of ttk people don't know that the hard raid scales in light, it starts at 300 and ends at 310. I understand that higher light means people have more experience, but it's a really shitty feeling to be 309 light and not be let into warpriest or golgoroth just for that even though I have the emblem for the warpriest challenge and bs.
Please don't insult my stats because then I know you have no real argument against me.

I didn't understand after 6 MONTHS people don't understand why posters are looking for 315+. That means they likely have more experience. People who complain about not getting lucky need to check themselves. With challenge mode out for months now, there is no reason not to be 315+. Period.

I see those post and don't have a problem with....I do have a problem with people that still can't do sisters jumping platforms and don't know what counter clockwise means. Had this happen with a guy the other day...we normally knock out sisters in one round, not this time.

Year one had an overflow of Sherpas for either raid, happy to help. I was one of em. Year 2 just has a bunch of annoying kids who think they're some kind of gaming elite for playing Destiny: the aim assistance king and pseudo pros charging for lighthouse runs. The state of gaming in 2016 is kinda sad.

And go through the hassle of setting up your own team. Your the same as the guys you blame for making their own posts. You want a fast track into hm for an easy run. Hm starts at 300 to 320 not 310!. Normal mode is 290 - 310. Your too lazy to even get your touch of malice.

I require high levels. Generally speaking, lower levels don't know raid mechanics, and die more often. I prefer to finish my raids in 45min which is why I require more experienced people

If you're at least light level 295, I will personally take you through the hard mode raid with four trusted friends. Lastly, we will beat the raid with challenges included. Call it a carry, I don't care. I'm helping because that's what this community needs. I love seeing other guardians slowly getting up to par and understanding the mechanics of the game. That's just the person I am. I've done it before, and I'll keep doing so. So many people have NOT finished or attempted the hard raid, I'm here to change that - with my trusted friends, of course.

Golg. hard. Leader switched characters, some max light douche got leadership because of it. 3 people were new to it. this SOB started kicking anyone not deemed worthy. BEFORE the raid even started. Kicking people out of a party he was invited to. He kicked someone for not switching off his 320 sniper (not good enough). It starts. Waves gone, bubble down. Gaze grabber slips up first run due to Douches insistence that we d the raid by HIS strat. No words. He kicks 3 people. Including the person who put it together. Cherry on top of the story however. Looked his stats/ the game up later. He went through an additional 3-4 people. and still did not get it done. Moral: Don't act an ass. be there for your fellow guardians. The reason the raid numbers were reported so low is because -blam!-heads never wanna take the time to teach. No one give me that "Time is precious" Or "It's a chore" because it's a video game that everyone gets the right to play and enjoy. And more then likely as now. Everyone is comfortably seated in front of a screen

the hard raid starts at 300 that part is correct but it goes to 310 at golgie and goes to 320 on oryx don't hate me for this (because i did check it) for most people 3 raid completions are not enough to make sure you are experienced enough for hard raid. i have 3 316+ characters and 15? ish completions (don't quote me on that) and i can say that i knew the normal raid inside out after 3 runs, the hard one did after several more normal runs and got used to in 1 or 2 but honestly i suggest trying to get to a slightly higher light just so people are more comfortable playing with you. [spoiler]i have done many an incomplete raid for just the challenges though, like not feeling like doing oryx with randoms because often it's a drag [/spoiler]

I help just about anyone with the raid even if they have never Done it. As long as they are not a douche and are willing to listen and learn then I'm ok. As long as your light level is high enough to get into the raids you are good on my team

4 RepliesHere's a few reasons I wouldn't want you on my team. A) your highest light is 305 which means you have never done the hard raid. So you are already out. B) someone sub 315 light even 310 light trying to join on the challenge is more than likely only joining for the challenge and then bailing. So out again, not gonna take that risk. C) since you are under 310 light if we got past challenge with you and for some reason you staye, I wouldn't want to wipe a million times while you learn the mechanics of the hard raid or explaining how to shoot your knight.

1 ReplyPeople do this because if you are 315 light there is a high chance that you did the hard raid to get there, and therefor would be more experienced. The raid is a chore now. All that matters is getting the loot and getting out. With everyone being experienced, the raid may go quicker. Of course, there are exceptions to this. But still, higher light means a better chance at a more experienced player.

I can see both sides. Create your own lfg post with your own requirements and you will not have a problem finding a team. Be a leader, not a follower. 307 can definitely beat it, even Oryx. I have helped first timers through many times. Some 305 do better than 315. Being below 310 light shows lack of experience and some people have little patience to wipe 25 times on one boss. When the raid has been out for 6 months, there is very little excuse to have at least one player above 310 light. I have had great lfg experiences, but also a few bad ones. It ranges from 1 hour to complete the entire raid with 2-3 wipes total to 1 hour to get to warpriest and then not be able to beat it because of consistent mistakes and some players getting frustrated with each other. If you were on brostation, I'd help you with hard mode and after the challenge you'd likely by 309-310.
