I'm Eric and I'm 6'2". I've been in the working world for quite a few years already. I do financial analytics, but went to college for computer animation and design (so I use absolutely nothing of my degree except for the weight that I have one). While I'm very responsible when it comes to life and my finances I guess I am very immature for my age as I really only hang out with and relate to people much younger than me. I hate going to big parties or public event with lots of people as it's tough on my anxiety, but really enjoy hanging out one on one or with a small group of friends. I have 2 dogs, a golden retriever and a chocolate lab and they are both so sweet. My golden is 11 now, so I get sad something when I think she might not be around much longer as she's the first pet I've ever had. I'm married but my wife could care less about video games so that's probably why I started coming here, originally to #Destiny. I was a competitive swimmer in high school and also played soccer and lacrosse Pic of my golden http://imgur.com/xRCfp04

  • And she's not at all scary! Someone else's big dog can scare people because of their size and if they have a lot of energy, but if it's your own dog big dogs are the best! They are totally devoted to and protective of you and just want to spend all of their time with you. They are part of your life but you are their entire life. I started at my company while going to college working part time. I still didn't know that what I got my degree in was what I wanted to do with my life, but rather than scrap it and go a different direction I knew there would still be value by just having a bachelor's degree so I finished it up. During my last year I was working for time and had gotten a couple promotions, so when I graduated I kept working rather that "job hunt" in my degree field. Soon moved to the corporate HQ and based on interests and experience moved around to different positions and promotions

  • dogs are cute, but they're so full of energy i can't even keep up, haha. i had two friends who had big dogs, and every time i visited they would jump on me and chase me if i ran. that sounds so interesting! and i agree, a degree is definitely a good thing to have.

  • If you are intimidated by big dogs (as I first was as well) it's best to get one as a puppy. Then are so little and cute and as they slowly grow you aren't scared any more
