Sorry, guys! Here at Bungie, all content is completely random and we have absolutely no control of what occurs in the in game universe. No, really! We...honestly don't know how to change anything. 1 ReplyWhats sad is y2 players dont get half the content they paid for. Yes, they can play VOG and CE but why? Make the raids we love relevant again and if not you should pump out content on a more frequent basis.

Strikes like Phogoth and Prison of Elders are prime material for a rotating villain. "Let's see what gross Hive thing they birthed this week"/ "Let's see who the Fallen broke out of the Prison of Elders this week."
