Annoying FO4 Glitch
So recently I started a new character and when I got to diamond city the normal hostage scene played out, except this time after the guard killed the guy he kept on firing at his dead body and everyone stood and watched. I fast traveled, waited 48 hours loaded older saves yet he's still shooting that dead body. I can't access stores and I don't have any audio. What the f[b]u[/b]ck do I do now?

3 RepliesOn my first character I went to go kill the railroad but couldn't get in. That happened about 2 weeks after release. I just went back last week and reloaded a save over 10 hours earlier to finish the game.

3 RepliesI have one where everytime I spawn in I take radiation damage so I'm gonna have to ditch my level 151 character and several amazing settlements and start afresh.

1 ReplyNever play on one save file, always have multiple and save at least every 15 minutes. Bethesda games are notoriously buggy so if you end up with a corrupt save you can delete it and still have plenty more to fall back on. Saving regularly stops you losing too much game time.

1 Replyyou have a corrupted save or corrupted game file. delete and reinstall your save if you can do earlier copies of it. if you start a new game and it happens again, delete your game and reinstall it. if you're on PC: go to your steam games library in steam, right click the game, verify integrity of game cache. that redownloads a new copy of any corrupted or missing files(minus saves which are local only).
