It's called rng. The amount of time you farmed it for is irrelevant. There is no timespan you can farm it for for a guaranteed drop.

my point is you dont need for it to be Nightfall... The drop rate is RNG....Farm it now farm it tomorrow, farm it whenever...People dont have to wait until it's nightfall. just do the tether strat.

I think the point is that it doesn't need to be the Nightfall to have a shot at landing either strike specific reward.

It would just be a lot easier to get a drop in the NF, that's all. You can farm the shit out of it regardless.

not really...i farmed the hunter psion cloak when it was nightfall..didnt get it....three weeks later..I got it in heroic strike playlist... it's RNG...people should not put so much stock in the NF farming...just farm it whenever you have free time.

They do because the Nightfall has higher drop chances for strike exclusive gear you potato...

the % buff for it being a NF is not significant enough to wait. The OP doesnt need to beg Bungie to make it a NF. He should just farm it when he has the time. That's my point. I know there is a NF buff. He shouldn't ignore doing it. Just freaking farm it whenever. And did you read my post...I tried farming an item during NF...but I didnt get it until it was a random strike. It's RNG you FRIED POTATO!. :-P
