Help me please

i am a Destiny player since 20th of December and since friday 5th of February i have some Errors poppin up on Destiny that kick me out of matches. I tried evertying for so far i can but the problems are still there... Problem 1: When i want to go to the Tower i get Error's codes like: Bee, Beetle, Cacaou. My ship is flying to the Tower but when the moment is there where my ship has to land on the Tower then a Error pops up and brings me back to Orbit. Problem 2: When i want to play Trials, Iron banner or something else in the PVP then i am able to join the game but i cant stay in the match for longer then 5 minutes because a Error pups up and brings me back to Orbit. What i tried by myself: 1. i Bought a new Network cable 2. Reinstalled Destiny By the way, Destiny is the only game where i have connection troubles with. Is there anyone who is able to help me?! i really want to play this great game with no problems but now it is unplayable.

  • I was having the same issues last month. I fixed it by clearing my cache on the ps4. Turn off your console, unplug the power supply and wait five minutes. While your waiting it probably wouldn't hurt to go ahead and reset your router as well. This should fix your problems.

    • Hi bryandonk, Sorry to hear of your troubles. Error code: Bee indicates a general network disconnect. Here is the related article info quoted below.
BEE, FLY, and LION error codes can be caused by general disconnections between you and the various routes your traffic takes across the internet to get to Bungie. This includes packet loss or disconnections between your home network and Bungie (such as ISP saturation or general internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, faulty in-home wiring, or other issues that require on-site support or expert investigation. Disconnects of this type can also be caused by bandwidth being claimed by other devices and applications. It may be necessary to avoid file-sharing, video streaming or other bandwidth intensive tasks on any device connected to your network while playing Destiny, including console applications that run in the background or in a window as you game. If you hit this frequently, please follow the suggestions in our Network Troubleshooting Guide to see if troubleshooting your setup, or switching from a wireless to a wired setup improves your experience. During investigation, Bungie has seen users hitting these errors in geographic clusters in different places at different times. For example, we recently detected 25% packet loss from the UK at the same time a number of users located there saw errors. Sometimes these issues can arise with ISP outages, resolving on their own over time. If you have performed all of the troubleshooting steps called out above and are still hitting these errors, you may not be able to resolve this issue by changing your home network configuration. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
https://www.bungie.net/7_Error-Code-BEE/en/Help/Article/11791 Network Troubleshooting Guide link: https://www.bungie.net/7_Error-Code-BEE/en/Help/Article/11791 Hope this helps

      • Follow what the mentors suggested. In the network troubleshooting guide take note of UPnP and nat type 1 In your router settings make sure that both of these are enabled. Good luck. These should do the trick.

        • The best advice I have is to look at the individual error codes: click on bee, beetle, cacao or do some network troubleshooting: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915
