• Natalie and Alexandra pick up on this, listening in intently to the channel

 • It seems to be two people talking to each other in a foreign language. Normal for any transmission this far out. What's odd about this one is that the conversation is taking place on one end of the line and being broadcast out on open air... Like a radio broadcast...?

 • Intrigued by this broadcast, Alexandra pulls a chair up and sits by a computer, with Natalie on a radiowave definicitacor (pinpoints radio waves, not real device sadly), and they attempt to find the source of the signal.

 • The signal is barely encrypted, and is quite easy to pinpoint as barely half a lightyear away— Holy shit. The ping returns a MASSIVE number of ship readings, numbering six digits teetering on seven, containing the mass of several planets. It must be some sort of interfleet radio show. What they're doing out here, though, remains a mystery.

 • Cephalon runs it through a translator in his mind, and responds. "This is the Infinity, do you copy?"

 • It seems to be a one way channel. The translator barely works, not recognizing the language and translating basic words with roots in Afrikaans. It seems to be two people talking to each other, and nothing else.

 • Each translator pulls out the same thing: An unknown language mostly derived from Afrikaans, with a completely different phonetic structure. You can't seem to pull anything else, but the words you CAN translate seem to point to a normal conversation being broadcasted— Until you hear something completely mind boggling. "You're listening — Radio. Tune — Is —" It seems to be a radio show. What the hell would something like that be doing out here?

 • Signs point more or less to the radio theory. • The hexadecimal is extremely easy to crack, simply there as a default mode in order to enable farther reach. What you hear, however... Is quite a bit tougher to understand. • It doesn't seem to match any phonetics pattern in the computer, although the language seems to be derived from Afrikaans.
