The only reason I say gardians are more powerful the warden is the ending of halo 5 they are able to emp a planet and slip space travel. True we have not fought them yet but seeing how warden was designed I feel like there powerful based on what 031 Exuberant Witness said "A single Guardian can effectively police a solar system. This show of force is unsettling.". But on wardens behalf did you know he has a emp plasma pistol attack if you are in a vehicle and drive near him. Plus Cortana has control of all of this as well as remote attivation of the halo rings. I know I am rambling , just cant wait for halo 6, still though I want to be able to play as an elite again.
