One pirate in particular Dahlia breaks the nose and teeth of, then rips the beating heart out of his chest with her bare hand, forcing him to swallow it. As the pirate dies, Dahlia begins to slice off his pinky fingers and toes with her trophy knife, Mincer, as a memento of this battle.
