On this character I just hit 20 and hit level 1 with cryarch, the care package thing poped up when I was doing engrams and then I went to post-master and NOTHING, there is nothing anywhere. I am worried this will continue to happen with faction packages?? Is this a known glitch or issue? I am just ready to start grinding faction's with this character and my very first package is no where to be found?? P.S - I think it is absolutely insane Bungie does not have a support system for this game. (Tickets / E-mail / Phone / Chat ) one of these has to be used if your going to sell a product. I find it saddening that this is the only outlet for issues, how am I going to get help on this issue?
