The grind will be real trust me. I have a 320 and two 319s. Do the raid and weekly challenges for the raid. Do IB as this can get you up to 320 gear from random end game drops or the rank 5 packages. Play Trials as well. Trials can drop gear just from playing that can be over 300. The silver tier bounty has a chance to drop a 320 exotic gear or 310 weapon. The gold bountie can drop a weapon that is 300+. Good Luck. You can add me and I will try to help when I can, but fallout and the division has my atention right now. Still if I'm on Destiny I don't mind helping. The biggest grind will be ghost and class item. If you did Crimson Doubles then you will have the ghost part done.
