There are a lot more Spartans, who are much stronger and have better armor than guardians. Also the UNSC is much more structured and organized than anything in destiny

I disagree with your assertion that the UNSC is more structured and organized than anything in Destiny. Not only are there civilizations in Destiny with technology far beyond what the UNSC is capable of, the closest comparable faction, the Cabal, are more heavily armed and trained when regarding the common grunt, with more devastating weaponry as well and arguably more advance tech.

In what regard do you see the Cabal as superior? While it's true they can move planets the UNSC does have planet cracking nukes in the form of NOVA bombs as well access to Forerunner technology and engineers from installation 006.

That may be true. But if any civilians were kill they could take those guns and reverse enginer them and make better guns.
