Thats just it, I was able to cause immediate damage to the warlock the one time I was able to shoot him directly, but every other time I found the hunter first, and because I couldn't kill him, he would get me. The weirdest part is that the damage wasn't delayed, it was simply nonexistent. It is something I've never seen before even with bad connections and I have seen some weird things happen with redbar players.
