Well I have the quest, it says get a 7 precision kill [b]spree[/b] in crucible. Generally sprees are done without dying, but maybe I'm reading it wrong

Your reading it right. The description is just bogus. You really need 7 precision kills in one crucible match with the imprecation. You can die it doesn't matter. Otherwise i probably still wouldn't have the first curse. 7 kill streak with headshots in crucible would be ridiculous.
