I did see that and I do agree.
The thing is, you will win only if other user is retard. If you can land three shot on him, he can too.

Adapt. Outplay them. Prime them with a nade or your special weapon and then finish them. HC range is still poor and damage drop off is noticeable. Stay back with a scout or a pulse.
