Thorn is the most balanced weapon ive used in a long time.
This is coming from someone who used the shit out of it in Year 1 when it was just way to good.
Its still has amazing range BUT you cant spam shots like you use to be able to othewise it becomes really inaccurate, it still hits hard but the DoT is perfect in my opinion and its rare that it kills me or when im using it kills others.
Rather then DoT always killing people i find that the 3rd or 4th shot is killing them which is how the gun should be.

It's also annoying af to play against, especially when warlocks with firebolts are using it. You get enemy tracking and they can't engange in a fight because it slows down recovery by a lot. -blam!-ing op if you ask me.

I think the issue is you don't have to be accurate. All you need is to hit the target (not crit) 3 times and they die. Which is pretty dumb IMO. No weapon should reward inaccuracy in the way thorn does. Separately I think the concept of a primary weapon with DoT is fundamentally imbalanced
