-
A bright light shined from the edge of the glass windows as the noise grew closer.
-
The Xenomorphs arm blades came out. He was ready for a fight.
-
The attack ship turned around the corner as its headlamp shined directly onto the two. Its brightness caused a sudden shift in Stalker's vision, causing him to change his thermal vision manually. He growled, noticing that it had a minigun attached to it.
-
The Serpent shrieked, as it crawled up a wall with surprising speed and leaped at the ship, arm blades at the ready.
-
The ship attempted to evade the incoming serpent and turned its side to the Predator. Its minigun began to spin and unload hundreds of bullets. The Predator began to jump across the many inclines of the building as a trail of bullets followed him. Windows shattered and glass bursted into dozens of sharp pieces.
-
The Serpent managed to hook onto the side of the ships hull, and clawed its way to the top. Once there, it stabbed itself in the knee, as its arm blade is covered in its acidic blood. It cuts through the hull like paper as it eventually makes its way inside.
-
Stalker jumped down a few stories to get out of the minigun's field of vision. The red 3 dotted laser on the side of his bio-mask began to shine against the minigun from below. At first, his plasma caster refused to fire. He yanked it off his shoulder, banged it a few times, and reconnected it. It was now ready to fire, and without hesitation he took the shot. A ball of plasma flew out of the caster. It shined through the rain and flew straight into the minigun. The caster itself made a troubling noise as if it was nearly broken.
-
You hear faint screams from inside the ship, as it slowly starts to fall. The Serpent jumps out and lands next to you.
-
Stalker looked down as the small attack ship began to fall with the rain. He then looked up and at the Serpent, impressed although not willingly.
-
The Serpent did the same and waited for what to do next.
-
Stalker proceeded to jump down several stories, landing on balconies and inclines to break his fall. After several minutes of this, the two finally reached the bottom. At this point Stalker was ready to finally be on the actual ground, and carelessly jumped off from three stories up, slamming through a balcony and falling right onto the sidewalk.
-
The Serpent chased after him and inspected him after the fall.
-
The Predator growled angrily at the Xenomorph, as a way of telling him to get away. He threw the debris from the balcony off of him and got on his feet.
-
The Xenomorph growled in response and backed away.
-
A flash of lightning lit up the streets as Stalker turned to what was West. The only lights on seemed to be from the main building they had just escaped. Other than that there were a few flares here and there inside local buildings. The city had an eerie feel to it and was most certainly filled with scavenging Fed personnel. The Predator, remaining cautious, began to head Westwards by simply walking through the streets. He didn't mind having the enemies come to him, as it made things easier in his point of view.
-
The Xenomorph crawled a nearby house and jumped from roof to roof, sticking to the rooftops like a lookout.
-
Stalker kept the Xenomorph in the corner of his eye. He was very untrustworthy in his eyes and only planned to either fight it once more after they escaped, or to simply part ways. He maintained a closer eye on the streets as best as he could. Every lightning flash would temporarily mess with his vision. Minutes later they had managed to come across a large opening area. It seemed to be a central park, in some sorts, and practically no way around it considering that it was completely surrounded by large skyscrapers. There were two tunnels on its left and right sides, both being guarded by dozens of Federation watchmen.
-
The Serpent lands next to you with a thud, obviously wanting to attack.
-
He puts his arm in front of the Serpent, showing that he wants them to stay put for a moment. Stalker thought to himself and realized that if they upfront rushed in and attacked in the open, they would only have more and more troops come to stop them. As natural of killers as Stalker and his uneasy ally were, they would definitely be overwhelmed. Sneaking in wouldn't alarm any troops, therefore would allow them to escape without being followed. But at the same time, sneaking would proof more than difficult now that some of the troops knew that there was something on the loose.
-
The Xenomorph waited, and growled slightly at his arm.
-
He immediately withdrew is arm from the Serpent. He then attempted to activate his active camo. Doing so released a shock of electricity throughout his body, which caused him to groan slightly. He immediately turned it off. The Predator had an interesting, more natural idea. He headed into the trees and bushes of the central park. He came close to what seemed to be a Federal agent speaking into some kind of comm unit. According to the way his armor looked, he seemed to be a bit up in the hierarchy of things. Stalker listened very carefully to what the agent was speaking.
-
The Xenomorph followed Stalker, and to his surprise, stabbed the man through the gut with his tail, putting his hand over the soldiers mouth, bringing into the bush and snapping his neck. The Xenomorph then took off the mans comm, and something startling happened. It opened its mouth: "All personnel guarding the tunnels, report immediately to the Subway Station, we have confirmed sighting of enemy troops."
-
The Predator was shocked with what the Serpent just pulled. It was exactly what he was going to do. He let out a growl and a series of clicks, expressing how he felt.
-
The Xenomorph hissed in response. The soldiers soon dispersed, leaving the tunnels wide open.
-
Stalker noticed and was impressed. He stood there assuming that his Serpent ally would take the helm.
