This can be abused just like final round. It should be 2 consecutive bursts that miss followed by a 3rd immediately after that does the 3x damage. In other words, the 3 bursts involved (2 misses + 1 hit) should be fired immediately one after the other, consecutively. Otherwise people can waste two bursts when they spawn, then when they start fighting their first burst is 3x damage.
