I would kick you before you could even land at the cp, Titans without bubble are worthless in pve. each class has a subclass that's for pve, i expect them to use it and have it maxed.

If you have a Hunter, melting point is useless. The tiger and Melting point can't stack.

Melting point does more damage tho and you can apply tether after melting point wears off
