Teammates who wait so you get heavy too
Can we take a moment of thanks to the genuine nice people who wait for you to get heavy with them. Truly you are the real MVP'S xD
Most teammates grab it quick and don't care but when multiple people grab the heavy it can change the game. So kudos to all the good teammates out there
Edit: Throw in people who use their supers to secure it for the team too :D

If I see any red on my radar or can physically see an enemy or hear his attacks nearby I pick it up, otherwise I'll wake up to 5 or 10 seconds

I generally wait. Either multiple teammates get heavy, or I prevent the other team from getting heavy. Seems like a win-win to me.

Usually wait 5-7 sec. If I see blue dots inbound I'll wait. Red dots. Sorry ladies and gentlemen I am grabbing it. If you can get both heavies it usually clinches the match.

3 RepliesWhat I do sometimes, is if a teammate grabs it without waiting, and I get there just a bit too late, is to follow the sucker and try to steal his kills.

Suggestion; keep an eye on your radar folks, and, keep looking around for bad guys. It seems like everyone stands there staring at the heavy, oblivious to everything else, WTF, if a bad guy is coming, you're probably gonna have to kill him before the heavy drops, otherwise you just pick it up and die (which, actually, sometimes is the best thing to do, take one for the team.) Oh yeah, and if a couple of bad guys are coming, back off and try to pick them off, even if it means they get the heavy, at least maybe you can kill them before they can use it (and, that is also a good time to use the super, you know the one you wasted a minute or so ago to kill one guy.) Ranting now, sorry. Yeah, it can be a split second decision you have to make, take it and die and deny, or back off and try to kill a couple of bad guys, and, yes, I get it wrong a lot. Why is it though, that sometimes a purple brick is left lying there for a few seconds, and other times I get there like right after a teammate picks it up (peckerhead!) and, no brick left behind?

If there are like 3 people around then I pick it up. If I look around and no one is coming I pick it up.

Those who pick it up when there is no danger and your team mates are nearly in reach need a slap, and then another slap. I normally have my mic off in games like control, but if I see a player do this I turn it on and give him all the abuse he deserves.

I usually defend the heavies until enough players are within range. It annoys me when people don't wait, being patient only benefits your whole team..

I usually take it as soon as I can. I die too quickly.

I always seem to be the person that defends the heavy while my team are on their way, and then die before I get it myself or just after I get it.

I look around usually. Then get sniped off while holding square and I miss out on heavy round for being a nice guy.

I always wait for at least one other teammate to get there for the heavy. Unless the other team is right on top of me, in which case I grab it to prevent them from getting it.

I always bubble the heavy, because getting 2 or 3 of our guys HMG'd can turn a game on its head.

I am that guy. Buttt when someone is coming I grab it and go cause we need at least someone with heavy.

Preach. I'll always wait until the ammo is challenged by the other team. Then, denial is the better part of valor.

I was at the heavy spawn this morning whilst on rusted lands near Control zone A. I was the first there so waited for a bit, I threw a tripemine at the stairs leading to Control Zone A (to deter the other team). the heavy ammo spawned and by this time only one team mate had shown up. I could see on my radar that the rest of my team were at the top of the stairs obviously unsure whether the tripemine was friendly or not, I decided to quickly run up the stairs to show my team that the tripemine was thrown by me and they could pass to get the heavy ammo.....Guess what happens next!!! No redbar in site yet the one team member (complete douche bag) who turned up...takes the heavy...stopping myself and my team mates from collecting it. we lose the match which was very close.....what a selfish scrub!

I see red screw waiting k? If you're further away than radar view I pick it up alone or with that one guy who camps heavy waiting for it forever. I call him bob funny guy that bob.....funny guy >_>
