Is Hebridean Thoughtcrime in the loot table?!?

Been playing for hours every day this Iron banner. Got all 3 characters to rank 5 yesterday afternoon with bounties to spare and have been grinding to try to get the Thoughtcrime from post-game rewards.
The thing I've noticed is, I haven't seen one drop for anyone at all.
Is it not in the loot table this week? Its the only reason I'm rushing this Iron Banner besides the Scout Rifle and Class Items.
Has anyone seen it drop yet this iron banner? If not, I might just stop farming and save all the bounties for next time.
Help and feedback would be greatly appreciated as always guardians!
Edit: While this thread has been up, I still haven't gotten the thoughtcrime. But I did get a 320 ghost. So I guess I can't really complain. At least I got something from this Iron Banner.
Edit #2: Okay weirdest thing happened... after getting my rank 5 package on my titan 2 days ago, I kicked back to orbit and got a hand cannon. Today I booted up again for the fisrt time since on my titan and once I loaded up, The Hebridean Thoughtcrime appeared as a drop.... Don't know how it happened but its a dream come true. Thank you RNGsus!

I got one last IB. When it droped i couldn't see it because it was my 3rd loot drop from the match. Reward screen showed mote of light and a blue gun but after the match while returning to orbit it appeared.

I got one today finally also... On a game I joined with 2 minutes left, I get 2 kills and ended up with a 320 ghost... RNG works sometimes and sometimes not...just have to grind it..

1 ReplyThe IB loot table is pathetic AGAIN ! Motes, coins, blue weapons and armour ! I've been lvl 5 since yesterday morning so just playing for the loot but can't seem to find it? Not seeing it drop for others either.

I finally got one an hour or so ago. Two characters at level 5 and it dropped. It's the only ship I have seen all iron banner though, so the drop rate is pretty bad.
