The only reason MIDA is "OP" (definitely not OP) is because scouts were never very relevant in crucible. I have used MIDA for almost everything since HoW. It's has always been a great weapon. It's just overused right now. It'll die down in a little while, trust me. Edit: If you reduce MIDA's mag size, it won't be very exotic. The same goes for its stagger effect. That's part of what makes the weapon exotic!
