I don't have an opinion on the guy one way or the other. But seeing two updates to matchmaking and the announcement of the new CEO all within a week is very promising for some of us who had lost hope in Bungie and the game. Finally after weeks of being left in the dark we now know they're working hard to fix the game and inform us in the process. I don't want to get my expectations too high, but it has given me hope. Hopefully the new CEO will continue to demand that Deej & the other community managers keep us informed about what's going on and stop with the bullshit weekly updates. If there's nothing new to report every week they could do updates twice a month instead and actually provide information about what's going on rather than ramble on about nothing just to fill the weekly update. But no matter what they do, they need to be honest and transparent with the players. A lot of people lost trust in Bungie and it's going to be tough to regain that trust, and some will never come back. So yeah, this is good news for everyone, not so much because someone was fired but because someone new is taking his place. Something wasn't right at Bungie and we all knew it. I guess they figured you have to start at the top if you want real changes to happen.
