If people want things to change, then they should be hoping that the lead dev for Destiny leaves or gets fired. Unless the CEO is passionate about the game (haha) then nothing will change.

  • Parsons was the executive producer for Halo 2 and Halo 3. He even has his own game studio. I think that, if there are CEOs passionate about the games their company makes, Parsons would fit in with his track record.

  • The CEO is likely the person who would make the call to fire the lead developer, FYI. Ultimately, this news may be massive, or it may amount to almost nothing. Really depends on Parsons' management style and how much change he wants to make.
