An Update before Thursday by Deej ????????? now we have opened new communication ground ! I get my new 4k Tv on Wednesday I might just test it out now . Maybe lets see if it's back to where it was .

Make sure you've got your TV settings right (game mode) - with the 4K TVs and all of the possible enhancements, refresh can be horrendous.

I freaked out a little bit when I first bought my TV; my bro-in-law, who is an electrical engineer, had read stuff on 4K TVs being bad for video games. I fired it up with Halo ODST, saw horrendous refresh delay. Then found the game setting and it was fine. My bro-in-law later said he was reading more (the 4K TVs had just come out) and it seemed like that opinion was a minority.
