You said in your original post that you believe without a doubt the Mida does have high caliber rounds. I was just confirming that it does have something similar to that, but not exactly that. It's a scout rifle, so it doesn't do well in close quarters. It will out perform other scouts up close, though, because of it's scope. What are it's strengths? Low recoil, high reload speed, high rate of fire, 2 movement buffs. They're ok strengths, nothing crazy like multiple luck in the chamber procs, full auto, burn, health regen, etc... It doesn't have any glaring weaknesses. That's why it's the multi tool, "Jack of many trades, master of none." It's far from being over-powered, though. How long have you been playing? Do you remember getting two-shot by Hawkmoon, Red Death, Thorn, Last Word? And the range on hand canons was stupid! Last Word and Thorn could out gun Mida from across the map. In my opinion, this is the most balanced the meta has ever been. Last Word is a little OP again, but I can live with that.
