You really dont understand how this stuff works and then you call me stupid and sad. What if there are 5 people that are worse than me but have a good connection and 5 people that are a skill match but have latency. If I first filter on connection i end up with the 5 bad players with good connections. If I first filter on skill I end up with 5 players with latency that match my skill. Order matters. Plus you are stuck thinking that a persons internet connection determines their latency in pvp. No no no. A persons latency in pvp is determined by all the network infrastructure between the player, the host and the other players. A person can have great high speed internet but if the host is on the other side of the planet they will have latency.
