Actually you can only theorize on how the sbmm matches people. For all we know it could fill in players from lower brackets ( which I suspect it does ) in order to meet a time standard for match making. The argument for not wanting sbmm due to the longer wait times in higher brackets doesn't hold up-you're going to have extended wait periods the higher in brackets you go. [i]if[/i] bungie implements a latency threshold it will also increase wait times; the object isn't to drop into matches and complete them asap, the object is to form quality matches from players of equal skill and connection strength. I don't mind playing people better than myself because I want to consistently get better. Seems like a lot of people on here just don't want the added pressure of knowing they won't be matched with idiots. Sorry I lumped you into that group if you truly aren't.
