Signed. I am so tired of red bars, that I constantly get laggy and/or kicked, EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS HAVE A GREEN BAR!!! I should have a green bar, but don't anymore. Bungie needs to focus more on the real issues (lag) than a couple mercy rules here and there because of skill imbalance.
