Calcified Fragment Counter bugged
Okay before any of you say it, yes i know that the fragments are tracked by account and not character.
Moving on, I am currently 49/50 on my warlock, i have gone to destinycalcifiedfragments.com and have looked up the videos, I have gone through the dreadnaught three times now one by one searching every spot the guides say there is a fragment, if you search my gamertag (XboxOne) it will show that i have found all of them.
I have done the challenge modes, I've gone through the raid, did the wormsinger rune, command beacon, T2 courts, T3 courts (In fact i did the T2's twice the same night I'm making this post to confirm), did the agranarch rune, did the strickes and nightfall.... Nothing.
Bungie, someone, i am at the end of my rope, I have no idea what i could be missing and I'm starting to suspect there is a bug with the game recognizing a character acquiring a certain fragment. Has anyone had this issue?
Bungie we need to have a better system of tracking the Fragments because this much effort to get an exotic that no one uses outside the oryx fight and a shader is unbelievably irritating.
I've been searching so many times that I know every location without a guide and still nothing. Please bungie something is not right here.

Same EXACT problem here. Did everything you said. I've rerun all the normal pick-up fragments in the dreadnought. Reran all raids makin sure I had them. Reran all court of oryx, and worm singer and sky burners crap and argonaught. I've redone everything and even started doing some of it a 3rd, 4th, and 5th time or more. It just doesn't make sense. I know where all fragments are without any reference because I've checked each of them so many times hoping it might be the ONE I was missing. I have put countless hours in rechecking all the locations and running any and all quests, anything that rewards a fragment and to no avail. I'm so tired of this exhausting game. This is just one of a plethora of issues destiny has. Just another example of their lack of game management. We've been asking for a better way to locate missing fragments on an individual character basis for several months. They have a dead game and if their not willing to implement these fixes, I'm gonna bury the -blam!-ing thing, once and for all. Destiny is dead. Sleep, you giant turd. I'm done wasting my valuable time.

I have a similar problem except that I found a fragment on my Titan and completely forgot what it was and now can't get it on my hunter, I've gone through the entire list of everything and can't get it lol

4 RepliesWas your nightfall on the Dreadnaught? Has to be one of those 2. Also I have heard some people say the Oryx challenge didn't give them the fragment.

1 ReplyThere was one area in the Dreadnaut. I think it's Mausoleum (where a door on the left side leads to the Founts). There are two rooms that look exactly the same and the Fragment is in one of those. That's the one I thought I got until I checked the other room.
