Signed. They changed it from connection based in October 2015. Ever since then, my kd went down from 1.68 to now 1.58. with this skill matching. Granted, this does put me against people who are more at my level, but I have had the hardest time having fun in PvP when im constantly going 1.0 over and over again. Especially Trials. Dont even get me started on trials. Makes the last few matches laggy as heck (I mean card comparison with trials)
