I don't play Crucible. Nothing fun about it for me.

Well let me shed some light on this if I may. Probably one of the biggest issues is the lag that is associated with SBMM. That factor alone will make the match a horrible experience. Second is not all people want to play competitive every single game, some like to test different weapons out , try different things for example I will get a weapon that is completely horrible and only use that gun the entire game, other times I will do Melee only. Just having fun in a match and not having to worry about having to use meta to keep up.Because that's all you see now is meta. Very rarely is there weapons outside of it. Really it should come down to choice , I think people should have the choice like a ranked Playlist that would hopefully have some type of improved lag or 'latency" from the current Playlist. I may have missed something but really lag free matches and chill mode option is what I think most people would like or want.

What's stopping you from trying diff weapons in sbmm? Or doing Melee only challenges?

Oh I still have but with the current state of crucible everybody has there full try hard gear on and it's usually a lot harder to pull off. Hence the reason you see a lot of people posting they used to love testing out gear, now you get slaughtered if your not using a top weapon. So yes you can but will it be fun? For me and others that have posted not really.
