I dont understand though....
How can you determine playing for fun? Because that would mean you really want private matches.
With out SBMM matches were lopsided....So say for instance you are just getting off work...and you say you just want to get on CLASH and have some fun...Without SBMM.....some new guys join your squad...and you are now faced off against a team of 6 dudes who has a DTR average of 45...now you arent having fun...you are getting butt r@ped by TLW and MIDA.
Like I said...I have fun in SBMM when I solo....when I am sweating...is when I join up with friends who are top 1% players..when I play with them...I am struggling to get and maintain a 1.0 K/D.
At the same time...my best friend from college just got Destiny a month ago...when I play crucible with him and another one of our new friends...I average a 4.0 K/D because I am playing his Skill base.
I am not sure where you rank KrishnaTheBeast
but the top 1% players who are posting in these forums are brainwashing people...They are tired of playing each other...they want scrubbs to beat up on...their 5.0 K/D from year 1 is now 1.7...And they are pissed about it...blaming connection...and I do believe there are connection issues...to me it's the same as year 1 for me...but that's because I am an average player...
Bungie should just fix it so you ping connection first then SBMM...matches may take a minute longer to start...but it will fix the issue of connection...but not lag switchers.
